Quality
As a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) compliant company, we understand proper inspection and handling of seafood to ensure we acquire only the highest quality products. Our main office location in Long Beach provides easy access to ports in Southern California, allowing us to carefully monitor and inspect shipments. This close proximity to both delivery drop off points and cold storage sites allows us a high degree of quality control over our seafood, ensuring our standards for freshness and quality.
